I was born and raised on my families Central Washington cattle ranch, where my mother said " I started riding horses before I was born". In my late teenage years I became intrested in training horses. I had started working with a local outfitter who gave me an avundance of knowledge and experience starting colts for the dude string. During this time I aslo explored and followed the techniques of respected horseman like Buck Branaman, John and Josh Lyons, as well as countless others trainers and friends that helped me along the way.
I soon became proficient in gaining young horses trust and giving them a solid foundation- both on the ground and under saddle. Horses i have started have continued on and becom competitive in multiple disciplines, in and out of the arena. Through years of training all breed snd types of horses, it became evident to me that some horses just naturally "have what it takes" and some do not. Blood lines and breeding really are important- They do make a difference in the final product I am able to produce. this fact sparked my initial interest in, and later desire to breed, ther most versatile horse on earth... The American Quater Horse!
