Welcome to Big Valley Quarter Horses- Home of high quality, Blue Valentine influenced Quarter Horses. We are located in the beautiful Okanogan County of Northern Washington, near the Canadian boarder where our horses truly are"horses of a different color".... Structurely, Athletically and mentally.
By selectively breeding our small band of hand picked broodmares, our focus is entirely on quality not quantity. Our horses are large boned, big hipped and solid footed. They are conformationally correct with unbelieveable refinement and eye appeal...not to mention a high percentage of color. They truly are "gentle giants". Big Valley Quarter Horses are highly trainable and incredibly athletic.
We like to say "they are bred for cow sense not nonsense", but in reality they are ready to perform, compete and accell in any discipline-inside the arena or out.
